My progress journal. Well guys, i am posting this to show case my current state right now. i am 252 ilbs. 22% body fat been working out for over the past year and a half ( sept 2010). i must say i am proud of myself from dropping down to 36% body fat to 22.5% i work out 4-5 times a week. i am starting to go on a cutting plan soon. i eat spinach, fruits and lots of protein through out the day with lots of water. fiber as well. I am open to any comments being if they are respectful. I came along way to get here now, and its going to be a longer journey to get where i want to be. Made changes to my diet, been going 4-5 days a week. one area of improvement is my chest. abs are coming in nicely, been great with my diet. If anyone can offer more advice it would be great! |
