What workout program have you tried or am still using to this day? I want to know where people stand on these workout programs. Just so you know: The BBB workout is your traditional personal trainer routine of sets and reps where you increase your goals as you get stronger. Also: The WWW workout uses only free weights and cardio. I was almost tempted to select the "not listed" option. I design my own programs that do change every 12 weeks, so if you didn't spell out what the BBB was, I would have. Some of the trainers I use to see in the gym. . .
