What workout program have you tried or am still using to this day?

I want to know where people stand on these workout programs. Have you ever used any of the following programs in the past, presently, or plan on using in the future?

Just so you know: The BBB workout is your traditional personal trainer routine of sets and reps where you increase your goals as you get stronger.
Also: The WWW workout uses only free weights and cardio. You only work out about 3 days a week with intervals of circuit training and cardio together.

I was almost tempted to select the "not listed" option. I design my own programs that do change every 12 weeks, so if you didn't spell out what the BBB was, I would have. Some of the trainers I use to see in the gym. . . I wouldn't even call them that, since a few of them aren't even certified.
