Question Quad Soreness After T-Shot?

Alternating quads, first couple shots went smooth, most recent shot still sore after 2 days, not red or hot or swollen, especially notice when stretching, no pain during workout (doing legs today, so maybe it will dissipate some). This typical sometimes? First cycle, so still learning. Super careful of injection sterility, quality of T is top-notch (medical-grade) no worries there. Knowing what to expect is very helpful. Thanks for sharing similar experiences. 6ft3

Why would you be shooting in your quads on your first cycle? Mostly advanced bodybuilders or guys who have been on for a while will do the quads. You run the risk of hitting a nerve or a vein or artery. I would suggest you do your shoulder or butt. as for the soreness i would suggest you use a hot compress. but to be safe do as i suggest.

Thanks BIGJOEY... Because of the old shoulder injury my quads are easiest place to administer... a physician's assistant helped me figure it all out... they told me the upper outer quadrant, right into a well developed quad muscle (seated/relaxed) was safe, gave guidance on needle and syringe sizes, etc, and took me through the first injection. Twice a week, so alternating sides. If I had someone willing to help it would definitely be in the butt, but the old shoulder injury makes that difficult and I don't want to risk messing up.
