Lurker tranformation Eh fuck it I've been lurking here for some years now and have barely had any input. I'm 26 years old, 6'1", 237lbs. I've been lifting weight since June 2008 and hope to compete in maybe a year or two. Thanks, I'm currently on my first non half assed cut to celebrate my fourth year of lifting. I've dropped 10 lbs and 2% bodyfat so far and hope to get to a point where I can see my abs for the first time in my life. After its time to assess myself, see what needs brought up, and go back to bulking. |

how is your body fat being checked? also if your planning on competing you need to bring up your legs. |

Believe me I am not slacking in training them. What do you think I need to bring up more out of quads, hams, calves, or sweep? The calves are improving a lot recently and my quads look fine to me. |

Oh and I am using a hand held electronic measuerer, it is shit and I know that but we are using the same device and scale at the same time of day each check up so the results shouldn't vary. |

This is really inspiring to me. I'm 9 months into working out consistently and am harbouring a pipe-dream that maybe after 5 years of dedication I might be able to compete as a bodybuilder (who knows, right?). Seeing the huge change you've made in 4 years makes it seem like my dream could one day become reality....so thanks for de-lurking to post this. |

Wow excellente progress bulking is time to develop what you have done a do a cut ( a preparing for a competition) then bulk again. When your fat levels are low your metabolism is really high so you will burn fat easily and grow huge muscles. |

Evening gentlemen and lady, it's been a long time since I've updated my transformation thread but this time it's in the reverse sadly. Most of the year for me I've been in a depression that killed all my motivation for the gym let alone much else but great news! Fuck that shit!
