Muscle Genie: The Obese Man

You work for an online company that specializes in workout gear. You really love your job because it caters to men that you are interested in. Sometimes you take orders from the company website, sometimes you even talk to customers on the phone. Your company even has a kiosk on the bottom floor of your building.

Every once in a while you go down there and see what the kiosk is displaying for the week. While you look, you always notice this middle-aged overweight man browsing through the products. He always looks so disappointed when he notices that your company doesn't make a size big enough for his body. You really feel bad for the guy but wonder why he doesn't just boggle down and do something about his weight. He is there practically every time you are down there.

It is the end of one of your workdays and everyone is leaving the building and you notice on the bottom floor a hulking figure walking slowly around the kiosk. You are dumbfounded by how big it is and you notice that the overweight man is also there. The figure looks up at you and smiles. You jump back because you don't know why it is there. It is as if there is only three of you in the building at that time. The overweight man is browsing through the products and doesn't even notice the figure walking up behind him.

The figure reaches its hands inside the obese man and you see something insane happen. What is the figure doing to the obese man at that moment?
