Building muscle Hey Guys, So i have been weight lifting for a while now and i was wondering do any of y'all have some tips to help me gain some weight/muscle onto my frame?? I eat a lot and my metabolism is fast. But it seems to be slowing down a tad. So any working out techniques/routines to bulk me up would be of great help. Being honest, you have a good frame right now. In regards to training just keep chaining your workout every 6 to 8 weeks and keep a log of how much you're lifting. Eating i'm not very good at, but you obviously are doing a good job at that. Sleeping: 7 to 9 hours per day. That's all I know. Good luck |
