Exclamation Bulking Diet Tips

Hey everyone. I've been working out hard at a gym for over a year now, I've been able to but on some weight and bulk up and tone up a bit. I'm currently stuck at 145lbs for a while. I know that part of the problem is eating, I'm naturally thin so what I eat gets used up quickly. I also can't eat massive quantities, I tend to eat for frequently if anything. I take everyday MHP Probolic SR & also VP2. I'm wondering if I should up the amount of times I drink them, up the amount I drink. Or add more stuff to it when I make them to get more protein? Also if anyone has any good Receipes for Protein Shakes or meals that would be great too!
Thanks to anyone who can help guide me on the path to getting bigger!

You need to post your current diet (with quantities) Can't give you advice without knowing what you're currently doing.

This is what my Personal Trainer helped me come up with:

Breakfast
1st Meal: 1 Scoop of Whey Protein with some Fruit
2 Meal: 3-6 Egg Whites and 2 Cups of Oatmeal
Multivitamin (I take Vitastack forgot to write that)

Late Morning Snack
1 Scoop Whey Protein (?)
1 Cup of Sliced Pineapples or Fruit

Lunch
1 Can of Albacore Tuna
2 Slices of Whole Wheat bread
1 Tbsp Light Mayo
1 Whole/ Large Fruit

Afternoon Snack
1 PB&J Sandwich on Whole Wheat
1 Scoop of Whey Protein

Dinner
1 Cup Chicken Breast
1 Cup Chopped Broccoli
------------------------
On Workout Days
Pre-Workout

1 Scoop of Whey Protein [I use the Probolic- SR]
1 Large Apple

Post-Workout
1 Scoop Whey Protein [I use the VP2]
1 Scoop Casein Protein
2-5 Grams Creatine
That's pretty much it. Its not that easy of a plan for me to follow.
1) I work from 12pm-7pm at a small Pharmacy and doing this isnt as simple. 2) My trainer also kind of forgot to take into account that I can't eat many fruits "fresh" I seem to be allergic to the pesticides and other chemicals on the fruit and its aggregates my throat.
3)I also don't have all the funds to buy Casein Protein or Creatine. Just getting the Proteins and the Vitamins was Stretch.

So any Tips/ Tricks/ Modifications/ Substitutions/ Suggestions are ALL GREATLY welcome!

Your diet looks good, what I would suggest you do is sit down and see how many calories you are eating, calculate the values split over carbs, protein, fats.

You should be eating at least 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight and then just continually increase carbs every week until you start gaining weight.

Try and keep the fats to healthy non saturated ones, such as fish, vegetable and nut oils.

Btw you should probably take creatine as part of your pre-workout and should have something like 50:50 split complex/simple carbs in your post workout.
