Starting out in the gym Hi, just a quick post asking for some advice: I'm trying to make some muscle gains to my upper body. What do people recommend for: 1) trimming excess flab (not very much) on stomach? 2) adding size to chest? Have tried pectoral fly which went well and felt great. 3) building arms? Hoping to get into really great shape for the first time, thanks in advance, Momoware. |

I'm trying to do the same thing you're doing, and I've been told the free weights are good for building upper body mass, so maybe look into that. As for belly flab, I don't know. I'm still trying to get abs. |
