I think it give the picture a little something extra since only the eyes are colored. They look more alive somehow, they draw your gaze...until they see the rest of his body of course.

My whip is quite in control, though usually it lets me wield it, sometimes it does things on its own as well. But no, my whip's name is not TheMM. Damn clever guess though Michael.

I believe some explanations are in order.

First, I would like to make it clear that my short departure from the forum was not the fault of anyone here.

In truth, recent issues in my personal life left me depressed, angry and uninspired. While somewhat emotionally fragile, I could not see beauty in things the way I usually do. In a way, I lost my ability to draw. I tried sketching to prove that I could, but I simply couldn't, as if I'd be stripped of all talent and creativity.

I made the mistake of viewing the forum one day, and noticing the work of other artists. I became jealous to the point of fury. In a fit of pique, I promptly announced my disappearance, thinking at the time that I would never be liked again if I could not match the skills of my peers.

I refrained from even picking up a pencil for several days, burying myself in homework. It was at this point that I had a chance to research my idol, legendary composer Bernard Herrmann. He was an underrated genius, but by displaying his art, he was doing what he loved and death was the only thing that came close to discouraging him. This started to convince me that my actions had been harsh and unnecessary.

Viewings of Anastasia and FernGully gave me further confidence. I saw the magic behind the work of my two greatest influences, Bluth and Eggleston, and the wheels in my brain began to spin. Acting on the first idea I had, I produced the image above. I have grown to appreciate my minimalist style, and while my artistic design and general concepts may still be rejuvenating, I have made the decision (if I am allowed) to return to the forum, and to art in general.

I apologise most humbly and sincerely to my fellow artists for blaming them for my own troubles. I will certainly try to control my emotions in the future, and channel them into my work instead.

Actually, I did get my old HD laptop to work (after calling Customer Support), but...everything is gone...corrupted to no end. While the stories, morphs, and pics, are annoying to have gone, it's the story outlines that I had, is what I hated to lose. Included were two very special outlines, one of which was a decade old (sorta), and the other...was going to be my greatest MG, ever. I don't think I can ever truly recreate either of them, they were truly special outlines; I had put an incredible amount of time on them, especially the greater MG outline, I can never truly recreate it exactly as it should have been.

Yes, I know I'm bein a baby about some mere files, but I figured you all deserved to know.

Looking at your freedie pic i can't help smiling. It's so cool that air of surprise you gave him. and he looks pretty pumped. That's one of the things i like from your work. That kind of pumped state you give your pics. It's like your own style and i think that's awesome. Having your own style and not juat copypasting something. Not that i see that in this forum (to my pleasure). You're a good artist, Penguin. I guess you need more confidence in yourself.
Oh! And about that pic.... coloring muscle in black can be a bitchy thing to do, isn't it? but stil hot.

Like on person does line drawing another does colour, or a combined piece where one finished either side of the piece to meet in the middle

2 Which are those files you talk about? Your morphing vids and/or pics?
3 This is for the dragon growth story: I can see that trunks next enemy (but hopefully not last) will be cell. In the next chapter you could NOT skip the description of the muscle growth, especially if he's not wearing the saiyan uniform and he ripps his clothes a bit. Maybe he will need to take out more power than expected and grow even bigger and had a bit of a problem controling it or reverting to normal. Also, you can introduce new characters that are alive apart from Bulma. You can create something like a (new) son of Gohan (too young to fight now but he'll be able in the future against boo or another monster). I can think of more ideas later

Yeah, the whip's powerfull, but I have a enormous pencil to defend myself (a real pencil, don't think dirty...) Just give me a couple days(well, that can turn into a week, being the lazy i am)
