Wow it sounds incredible, congratulations on knocking donwn the wall you have become a really transformer guy now and nothing will stop you from being a super muscular hunk now.

Nobody scared me away, I guess I just panicked. It's been a lot to take in over the past week - finally admitting to myself that I'm gay and that I want to become a muscleboy for a daddy.

Anyway, to replace the information I deleted - 25, 6', 200lb average guy who wants to get as big as possible. I'm broad and add weight easily, told I've got good genetics for bodybuilding.

Currently putting togther a home-based routine based around cardio, dumbells and bodyweight exercises. Looking to chat to a dominant encourager/coach/dad who knows what he wants to make me and is prepared to be hard when I need it.

I'm on yahoo at joshgallen.

Ah, that would explain the friend request I just got then. There's nothing wrong with a little introduction when you add a friend request you know. Just something like "Hi, please see my post at (and then a website)". We won't bite (well, most of us won't)

Josh... That's an amazing achievement man. I am pretty much in the same situation, being over weight and all. I am working out at the moment, but not on a strict diet, just enjoyed lifting heavy weights for dumbells sake.

Thanks Toby. Good luck in your transformation - beleive me, I know how hard it is, having started off at 280lbs of fat a couple of years ago.

With enough time and dedication, I'm sure we can achieve what we want. It seems my first goal should be learning how to use these forums/private messages properly, without annoying anybody...

How long have you been into lifting? What you looking to achieve?

for the forum, you just gotta pay attention to the top right column where it'll notify you of your PM. You can subscribe to your own/favourite posts too so you don't have to tumble through so many clicks to get here...

As for my goal, It is unrealistic, to get my muscles to outgrow my fat. I haven't been seriously lifting, just at home with 20kg (40+ lbs) dumbells and 40kg (80+ lbs) barbell to work on. I just enjoyed pushing myself a little at a time. Recently joined a 24hr Gym, cheap and convenient. I workout near midnight, it's nice and quiet.
