It's also called the 20 rep super slow squats program. It is a great program for gaining size if and only if.......You are not lactose intolerant, you use perfect form on squats and do not substitute anything else for squats, you continually add weight and intensity to your workouts and you have a healthy diet of regular foods as well. Everyone I have known who follows this program religiously gains a substantial amount of mass.

There is no single MAGIC food
There is no single MAGIC exercise.

You're welcome to give it a go, but ill wager anybody you will be disappointed.

I'm a big guy. I've put in my time. I constantly get asked for 'tips' from guys that seem to be under the delusion that the only difference between them and the big guys is some special meal or workout I know about that they don't. There isn't. There is no shortcut. Every GOMAD+ diet I've read seems to have a weak connection to reality. Which is easier - eat half a chicken breast or drink a gallon of milk? It's nuts.

I have to agree the 20 rep squat routine that I know of has squats as the foundation of the program and drinking lots of milk is in addition to a very healthy diet, there are no short cuts and working hard and eating right is what is necessary for results.

Thanks for the replies, currently on a 20 rep squat program into the fourth week adding 5lbs to the squat each workout...it's brutal. I'm confident it will be a great mass building program.

In Ireland and much of Europe we have double cream and triple cream milk, the major difference is that a cup of whole milk typically has about 150 calories, whereas triple cream milk a cup is over 500 calories.
