The garbled message is about "penis myths" - I.e., all bodybuilders have small penises, bodybuilding makes your penis shrink, etc. etc.

He is rebutting the myths and talking about how larger thighs make your penis and scrotum look smaller. There's a bunch of other stuff, but I think the takeaway message is:

Universally, guys obsess over dick size and their muscles, and any connection between the two. Guys also obsess over cumming: volume, frequency, color, texture, speed and height of ejaculation, etc.

I think any locker room in American would have the same conversation.

"Experts" and "scholarly" are words used for ironic purposes by the author of this thread about dick size; but does tell you a couple of bodybuilders who have big ones and he even spells their names if you don't speak German. He spends a hell of a lot of time on the subject of dick size, and that by itself may interest some board members. Another reason to become bilingual! Also he thinks bodybuilders have small dicks when they are pumped because all that blood to the muscles comes from the penus as well as everywhere else, probably the brain too, but he isn't talking about brain size.
