Stories like mine

I'm sure this comes across as MASSIVELY obnoxious, but are there any stories posted within the last couple of years that you've read and thought "this sounds like an Aardvark story!"? This is assuming that you're familiar with the, ahem, Aardvark aesthetic. I only ask because I haven't read that many stories for a while, and am looking to discover some new gems. It's probably pretty clear at this point where my tastes lie. Stories like Sk8rsdream's "Hard Grind" on CYOC come to mind, but I'm hoping to get recommended some as-yet-undiscovered new classics.

What's the type of story you like in a nutshell? That might be a better place to start when describing what kind of story you'd like to go for.

Albeit I haven't done any reading lately so I couldn't help you anyway.

I think he's looking for stories that feature amazingly well described transformations. If I'm remembering correctly, usually positive, wanted ones (as opposed to revenge transformations). Maybe the story could feature someone getting transformed that doesn't want to be transformed initially but afterwards they'll be happy they changed. Possibly including a racial transformation. Definitely featuring incredibly hot hot descriptions of muscle growth.

Well, looking at where You've posted recently,
the "Golden Ticket" series by kdmund seems to be what you are looking for:

well described muscle growth
distinct characters with interesting back stories
some "conflict" or discontent in their present lives, which goes away or is sidestepped as a result of the transformation
Sex is off stage or not addressed.

Sounds about right! I don't dislike sex by any means, but I have found recently that that's all the story becomes: just two muscle dudes doin' it, without any growth at all. For like 70 chapters, all posted separately. I am looking for transformation. Bigtime transformations. Age progression, lifestyle shifts, skinny to brawny, any of that!

Pretty much this - I was oh so disappointed when I found out this thread was not in fact a new Aardvark story. But yeah, the Golden Ticket series and a bunch of Absman's stuff are pretty great. I especially like "My Jock Memories" by Absman.

Good to know your still on here, looking forward to your next story. There are very few writers that compare to you but one other the catches my eye are works by Clarence591. His works are mostly muscle theft orientated but the descriptions of the transformations and masculinity are breathtaking. One particular story I recommend is "A God Created in Seven Days", the premise is rather similar to your story "Klutz". I recommend reading it over at O?Melissokomos as the formatting on the story in this forum makes it hard to read. Hope this helps.

Ah, NCMC stories has Catch of the Day. Basically imagine master pc in the tumblr, google docs, multiple login to contribute to something age. A picture of a dude is posted and some collection of screennames propose changes that utterly alter the person's figure and behavior.

Hi buddy...
Been suffering from laziness and no real inspiration. If you go over to NCMC you could look for anything done by Monster Mash. I also like the story Plus Three and anything by that author. Well, mostly anything I've also been going over to metabods and been revisiting the reality change tags... love those... but it's been a slow summer for our tastes... OH! there was a really good frat one on CYOC about a nerd becoming a frat guy while playing beer pong.
