Talking Ever heard of 'shelving'?

After planking, owling, cat breading (look it up!) and whatnot there seems to be a new internet trend, that comes in handy: shelving

Just look and drool:

Never heard it called 'shelving'. Love it, though. Especially the big ox doing the double shelf.

If there was a judging system to it, I'd say the less you have to lean back, the higher you score.

That makes total sense. The more of a horizontal chest shelf you have, the more you can balance stuff on it. When you lean back, you're taking advantage of your torso, which will be flatter anyway.

Love the pec shelf!
