Trying to find a muscle calculator

I know there's tons out there. But I'm trying to find one that works more or less on a fantasy ideal. Sick of seeing the "Natural ideal and Grecian" type of muscle calculators.

I'm looking at my end goal and it doesn't fall under those type of calculators. I'm talking like a serious powerlifter 350 pound muscle monster with a body fat that ranges between 15-20%

This should also be useful for those wanting a story where the person goes into being hyper muscular that have some realistic measurements.

Macrostat is always what I use when I do muscle growth stories and want realistic measurements.

looked at the one myself, but it didn't seem to be right. Cause the Grecian model had my chest measurement bigger at 220 than if I was at 350 with macrostat.

Wow . . . see that's what I was looking at. Being 6'2 I do have a big frame to put on the size. I was thinking more powerlifter or least out of season bodybuilder. I seriously will doubt I can get a waist below 40 inches. really need to trim the fat along the belt line, especially along the flanks.

least my neck and calves are about the same right now though my arms flexed are almost a close match for the other two.

I really need to do an update for this sites "watch me grow thread" took a couple months off but been back at it for a few and I bounced back pretty good.

Putting Richard's calculator to practical use

I have a friend from rural Pennsylvania who I told about Richard's calculator and he asked if I could run his personal stats through it and see how it compared to reality. I did and when he got the numbers back he gave me permission to post the calculations and reality (along with those for the rest of his "Musceteer" group as he calls the family members he trains with) on the proviso that I did not name them (as he likes to keep his training on the quiet) but agreed that I may name the relationship to him, giving him the name "Farmboy", so here are the calculations and reality in order of age:

Farmboy's older brother (31 years old, 5ft 11 tall, 285lbs)
Richard's Calculator: Chest: 57 inches, Waist: 28.5 inches, Biceps: 22.8 inches, Quads: 28.5 inches
Actual Measurements: Chest: 61 inches, Waist: 28 inches, Biceps: 26 inches, Quads: 29 inches

Farmboy (29 years old, 6ft 2 tall, 269lbs)
Richard's Calculator: Chest: 54 inches, Waist: 26.9 inches, Biceps: 21.5 inches, Quads: 27 inches
Actual Measurements: Chest: 59 inches, Waist: 28 inches, Biceps: 24.5 inches, Quads: 28 inches

Farmboy's brother in law (29 years old, 6ft tall, 245lbs)
Richard's Calculator: 49 inches, Waist: 24.5 inches, Biceps: 19.6 inches, Quads: 24.5 inches
Actual Measurements: Chest: 54 inches, Waist: 29 inches, Biceps: 22 inches, Quads: 26 inches

Farmboy's Younger Brother (23 years old, 6ft 2 tall, 235lbs)
Richard's Calculator: Chest: 47 inches, Waist: 23.5 inches, Biceps: 18.8 inches, Quads, 23.5 inches
Actual Measurements: Chest: 51 inches, Waist: 28 inches, Biceps: 21 inches, Quads: 26 inches

Sadly although "Farmboy" has posted pictures online of him, they only go up to age 21 and as I have known him since his college days, he has taken me into his confidence and as a result I have promised that I will not post any pictures that he has sent me unless I have his full permission. But I will certainly pass your comments on and ask permission to send you a link to them.
