Rest Day Question

If I plan to workout 6 days a week, does it make a substantial difference if the rest day is in the middle of the week vs the end?

Doesn't really matter where the single rest day is at, cause you have to go a full 6 days for the next rest day. I moved mine from Saturday to Sunday, only cause I wanted to watch a show on Saturday.

Rest days are important, if you are only taking one rest day a week then you should try to take it when you feel that your body needs it best. So a set day is not as important as the fact that you do in fact take a rest day.

Thanks for the replies, the question was kinda dumb in hindsight.

The reason I starting thinking about it was that I'm currently doing a 6-day circuit that's split into two parts (2 days strength and 1 day cardio, then repeat, but with different exercises then rest on 7th) and I was thinking of taking a rest between the two parts, which may make it twice a week depending upon the week.
