Considering his build (i.e., lean muscle vs BULK) and the movement he's doing, could he be training for rock climbing? Just seems like he's going for bursts of pulling with his arms that I've seen in rock climbing videos.

The quick-burst movement for rock climbing would make sense for the way he's working his arms. It doesn't explain the weird river dance footwork though.

LOL...I don't know about that...haven't you seen a rock climber just hanging by his fingers, legs dangling and dancing in the air (CA-RAZEEE if you ask me but I'm two of most rock climbers and don't like heights)? I'm not saying this is the ONLY training he does (hopefully he's doing leg work, too) but this is focused on the arms and upper body from what I can see. Again...that was just what came to mind when I saw it so, I could be totally wrong.

I'd say either an attempt at plyometrics on top of his regular training, or some sort of misguided functional training thing.

It looks like an attempt to injure himself or someone else.

Bodybuilders eat a lot of food. Bodybuilders eat 6-7 times a day. As a result they develop guts. Many people mistakenly believe it's due to drugs because it is not obvious until you get huge and all those guys use drugs. Even guys like mango posted whose body is like a fitness model eats a lot of food to grow and maintain muscle mass.

Well honestly growth hormone does cause distended gut, there's no denying it.

You can also get that gut from years of heavy squats or other heavy strength sports due to the thickening of the core muscles which result from that sorta training.
But this guy above is actually inflating his gut with air intentionally for fun & spectacle.
A true distended gut is what you look like in your relaxed everyday shape.

This bunch of co-ed gym rats looked like they're having a ball and they worked on it for a while. That's was a great and musclular stunt.

I missed the "Harlem Shake" phenomena. I feel so out of it, but you know what? Fuck the Harlem Shake. I watch what I want. And nobody's given a link to any Harlem shake shit. sO i figure it aint what this here board is all about and if I wanted watch it , hell I'd join a Harlem shaking its ass board and I aint planning on doin that.
