| Working to grow So after many years of observing on here, this is my first thread. Like many of the stories I read on here, I started off as a skinny kid, and weighed about 110 and 115 until I was about 30 (and I'm 5'5). I'd always thought about muscle since I was a kid, and finally got myself past my fears of walking into the gym and started training. I'm now 175 and glad I made the change. Stories I read on here always inspired me, and keep inspiring me to train hard. I don't know how to post on here (not very tech savvy), but you can check out my recent pics on bigmuscle as flexsfguy. Thanks for the inspiration. Still much more to grow!     |
