| Thanks very much, am hoping to pack on more size a lot more size! my goal is 240lbs by 2010 thats another 50lbs in 1.5 years and i want a lot less body fat this time. tried to take a back picture but its really difficult here is the best i could do for now. http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/m.../Photo82-1.jpg working on bringing my waist in to give me more of a dramatic V-Shape. will have to work my core which is my least favorite area to work. http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/m...87/Photo79.jpg any tips would be most welcome. | Thanks a lot really appreciated. Took some legs pics really need to work on them as soon as they are heeled. i have a training partner but i feel more like a personal trainer, he's not very motivating. i follow Milos Sacev's training DVD its really good! and he shows how to get the outward sweep of the quads so i am going to implement that into my training so i dont look like a giant Y (skinny legs and wider ontop) instead i want to have more of an X shape. well here are the pictures. http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/m...87/Photo97.jpg http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/m...87/Photo95.jpg |

| thanks for the comments. Well all my friends laugh at me cause i still automatically buy a small because thats what i always was. so i return much of the clothes i buy for bigger sizes. i depends what it is if i want it tight its a medium or large if i want more room sometimes an extra large. but mainly i am a large. so up two sizes. it has defo been hard on my wardrobe i still wear some of my smaller clothes to lounge about the house or to the gym if i want to show of a little haha. | Thanks for the invitation viamanmax but i am already coming to the usa hopefully by the end of the year. going to have to work extra hard if i'm going to compete with americans lol there huge. I plan to be pretty ripped when i come over so i have to run every morning, only thing is my legs rub together when i run and it hurts. cant wait until they are so big i can run. lol thanks for all the comments they really make me workout so much harder, never had such motivation before. |

I am actually not that strong, my max bench is only 100kg which compared to some people in my gym not very good lol Just back from the gym just now actually thats my first time doing 100kg was difficult. haha i hope to get my max up to at least 150kg by the time i am 21 not long. is that really you in ur profile picture? looking awsome if it is! any bicep training advice for me? |
