I keep looking at all of your pics, and your body really is shaping up to be in beautiful condition. When you get it where you want it to be, you should really consider modeling. You've definitely got the looks for it. Jason Lee doesn't have the kind of bod you do. You also look like another actor fave of mine; Ryan Reynolds. He's handsome and built, just like you. Anyway, just thought I'd encourage you to keep going and tell you never give up, 'cause you look amazing!

but thanks ryan is a good short term goal for me as he has a very ripped body and I really need to drop some bodyfat so I see the work I put in!

The function to manage avatars disappeared when the forum software was upgraded. I can't change what I've got right now.

hello again

just thought i would post a quick message to say am still growing.

am 196 just now was 189 when i posted my pics. 7lbs extra so i thank every1 who has commented and who has supported me.

i have also increased my strength dramatically my max bench is 110kg which is a big jump from 70kg in june lol

i have also been growing a small beard haha

Dude, thats a NICE bench increase. 145lb to 240lb! I'm in the same boat, my bench went up from 195lb to 235lb (90kg to 105kg).

I'm telling you, keep the beard! I'll be waiting for the next post!

I'm going down the same road right now, and it's good to see what you can do with a frame like mine. Some 10 months ago I looked much like Lost's first pic, and even though I've definitely left that look behind me myself, it's good to see what can be done with it another year and a half down the line.

Makes me feel that all the effort I put in will keep paying off. It's hard to look far ahead of you even if you can clearly see changes when you look at the past.

hey just a small update and my winter bulk plan.

its VERY ambitious but the higher i aim the harder i will try.

so i reached 205lbs then went on vacation and lost a stone (i dont eat other countries food) lost some strength as well so was really annoyed, but i have been working so hard since i got back but not making the gains i was.

so i have decided to make a Winter Bulk Plan.
i am currently 190lbs

August 31 - 190
October 25 - 200
November 23 - 210
December 23 - 220
January 22 - 230
February 01 - 235

I have given myself more time to get back to 200lbs but once i reach 200 thats when the bulking starts.

i will keep you guys upto date and will take pics all the way through then show them all on February 1st.

i hope i make it, after the bulk i will try and cut some of the body fat so am ripped for summer 2009, wish me luck and i will speak to you all soon.

thanks guys for the nice comments.

been browsing a lot since i came back there are some great real life muscle growth that inspires me to push harder. although i am resting today after a disappointing weekend.
weekends are usually my hardest workouts but i think i exhausted myself as i have been to the gym every night since i came back from my holidays.

going to a 21st birthday party on saturday with friends who i have not seen in a while i will let you know if they say anything about my "growth". lol will take some pics too.

hey just back from the gym! was amazing.

half way through my workout i saw out of the corner of my eye a bodybuilder on TV. it was an entire show about superhuman strength (itv1 if any fellow brits are reading this) and James "Flex" Lewis was the bodybuilder on the show. he looked awesome as always.

anyway thats not my story. the big guy who i trained with one time (think i told yous) was training there i didnt think he was watching it but he obviously was because when it finished i continued with my weight training, he came over and asked me if i watched it, i said yeah. then we got chatting about it he said he didnt know if he was jealous or inspired, i said i was inspired he seamed happy that i said that, he asked if i wanted to get that big i said of course.
he then asked what supplements i was using cause i had gotten so big since the last time we met. i didnt know weather he was discreetly asking if i was using steroids so i just told him my supplement list. he then asked my age i said 21 and asked his.... he was only 22 i laughed with surprise. he then asked if he looked older and i said no just didnt think any1 could get so big at that age (obviously i do) he smiled. i really thought he was so much older.
anyway we carried on with our own workouts but was great to chat to him, hope he is in there more often.

so anyway since i spoke to him i obviously got some info on him (age name interests and town) i decided to do a little stalking lol. and with the powers of the internet i found his social network page. and there were pictures (good ones) they must be a bit old because he looks a lot bigger now. Not sure i should really post others pictures without there consent.
but am gonna anyway cause am evil lol.

wow, so cool, dude. I talk with lots of guys in my gym too, some of them quite big, but never had a conversation like that. It must have been very exciting, finding another one with the same interest in growing huge and talk with him for real.

His pic is good (and now he's even bigger? and just 22? wow), but i'm not that impressed after have seeing you, especialy with that width of your shoulders in a tanktop

And you're just getting started! So cool!

Ah, striking up a conversation with the big guy in the gym. It can be so sweet. I was on vacation a couple months ago in Vancouver (shout out, Digibacker) and found the PERFECT gym. Really, I wish I had this gym at home. I was working my back the first day there, doing deadlifts, and there is a gorgeous and huge guy doing pulldowns across the room. So when I was ready for pulldowns I walked over and asked if I could work in. We struck up a conversation. Super-nice guy--really. And huge. Easily 6'3". Did I say how nice he was? Turns out he's straight and married (his wife was in the gym with him the next time I saw him). Wish I'd gotten his contact info--just for a gym buddy kind of friendship. I don't chase straight men.

While I don't chase straight men, I'm not beyond digging a little. I also used the power of the internet and found some modelling photos of him on flickr. Guys, you will just die when you see him.

bobert if you want it go for it, try not to let others stand in your way. thats my biggest problem my friends and work often comes between my progress, finding a the middle ground was always hard for me and still is.

haha digger that guy has an amazing body, wish i looked like that. you should just have spoke to him. i have found i have a lot more confidence in the gym now. and i also found big guys love to be asked questions about workouts or their own progress.

well i will prob post my new routine that am starting on saturday if i have time.
