Old supplement question I found a bottle of GNC Pro Performance L-Glutamine that I've had for some time (probably a year, if that's possible) that has an expiration date of 02/10, would it still be ok to start taking it again or should I get fresh when I have the cash to do so? |

Glutamine is a pretty stable amino acid if protected from excess heat and light. If it were to degrade, it would likely degrade into glutamic acid which isn't toxic. So it should still be OK. |

micro1 is correct the expiration date does not mean much unless the product is exposed to excess heat, light, or moisture. |

Cool, these were kept off in a corner of my room away from all light. That's to all who responded and looked! |
