little progress here is some progress i made in a year... one year old photo: http://www.flickr.com/photos/33848111@N03/3151616292/ recent photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/33848111@N03/3158174886/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/33848111@N03/3158174886/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/33848111@N03/3158177950/ i will try to get more ripped in 2009 since i am not satisfied with the amount of workout i did in 2008 |
| |||
You're looking great, from my point of view! I'm sure you'll make excellent progress in 2009! All the best & xoxo... Richard |

Yeah, I think that you are looking damn good. Keep in mind that we are always more critical of ourselves. Although we (everyone on the site) obviously like HUGE guys, it is a good idea to step back and realistically assess your progress through the input of others. You look pretty dang big. If you're not happy, then change the things you can (like diet, rest, and your routine), but in my book if you are getting stronger and improving yourself, then you are doing great. |
| |||
Now that's a good New Year's resolution, and you're off to a great start. |
| |||
Mate, Don't be hard on yourself. You look terrific, the mass looks great, you've got beautiful proportions and sexy body shape. You're definitely well in the muscle guy category with those arms, chest and back. You look great. |
| |||
I appreciate all the kind words. I guess I still look at myself as one of the skinniest guys in my gym class (even though few years have passed since then), and I noticeed some gains but still not nearly satisfied with my muscle mass and definition. |
| |||
Looking good It takes time and before you know it...you'll be the biggest guy in your class. __________________ Stick your head in the sand and keep reaching for the stars! |

Last year and in the beginning of this year I worked out a lot and buffed up a bit, but I got sick in the spring and lost a lot of weight around 15kg(33 pounds). I didn't lift weights in the last 6 months but I noticed that as I got better I started gaining weight (I gained 10kg until today) and even I regain some of my muscle mass(as well as some fat) even though I didn't worked out which was very shocking to me. My arms and shoulders are not that bad but chests are not that great. Last week I started working out after 6 months so I hope to put on some mass in the future. Here are some photos that I took today: http://www.flickr.com/photos/33848111@N03/4078194257/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/33848111@N03/4078952438/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/33848111@N03/4078191295/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/33848111@N03/4078949664/ |

"Starting to get muscles?" Starting? Really? |
| |||
WOAH dude! you got really big! Thats no small feat there... looks like the old photos are down, but i'd love to see some comparison shots. I vaguely remember seeing your pics earlier in the year and im pretty positive you were not nearly that buff. Congrats dude, looking awesome. |

One day I will be doing chest, biceps and back, second day I will be doing legs, triceps, abs and shoulders and on the third day usually whole body workout(and every day I do 30 minutes of cardio). Two times a week I play tennis or basketball with buddies. But I think that in the upcoming months I will start going 4 times a week in gym and intensify training to 1,5-2 hours. I usually have 5 meals a day and try to eat lot of meat and basically intake as much proteins as I can. |
| |||
Wolf, If you can pull that of, that shirt won't stand a chance! |

Update Thanks for the new pics of the guns....they are indeed amazing---not even considering your layoff. What about your other muscle groups? I'd enjoy seeing pics there as well. Continued good luck with your training! |
