Story about gym demo

I remember a not very long story from quite a while back that involved a nerdy professor or dean making a visit to the campus gym where the coach or gym instructor is trying to persuade him to provide some money in the budget for bodybuilding related programs or gym construction or something. The coach has his overbuilt boys pose for the professor, who watches and sweats and votes for the money.

I've tried searching for this, but have never found it.

Thanks for suggesting that title. I found the story on Nifty by searching the archive. It's certainly similar to what I remember, but I'm not completely certain it's the same one. Would be nice if someone with the same wicked sense of humor and more patience could turn it into a full-length story.
