| August pix I think you can see the following regardless of whether you are a Facebook subscriber: http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/al...2589626&ref=mf Nothing special, other than that I have a new haircut (# 2 buzz) and (most unusual!) I shaved my torso. I've done that twice previously, I think, the last time more than 10 years ago, I'm sure. But I wanted new pix and last weekend I had to have an EKG so I was partially shaved already. I figured I'd just go all the way. I've been having problems with my left shoulder for the past couple of weeks, so it's been about 10 days since I did any weight work at all. Still, I think my traps, triceps, pecs, and abdominal area show some improvement over my pix from last December. And I look a little bit less like the Pillsbury Doughboy than the last time (circa 1997) I took pix of myself shaved! :-) xoxo Richard     |
