Hey guys. Glad to see some of you are eager to hear the news, definitely helps with the motivation!

Bulking has been going good for the most part. I've made mostly lean gains and combined with getting very sick a few times I've burned some fat in the process. Weight wise I'm behind where I'd like to be, but I have two, maybe three months left to bulk before cutting.

I haven't made 160 yet like I wanted, but I'm close, should be there the end of this month. Depending on how things go I may bulk until the end of March and hit 170, but we'll see.

Training is going great, I've been focusing on getting perfect form instead of going heavy and it has definitely made a huge difference in my growth and not to mention soreness! Perfect form and a complete muscle contraction gets the job done way better than sloppy form and heavy weight.

Next update will be when I'm done bulking, either early March or April, with pics! Then my first cut will begin! So check back in 8-12 weeks guys!

You're doing it!! I think you're only at the very beginning of a procees that will lead to your body growing HUGELY MUSCULAR! As time goes on, you will gain pound after pound after pound of powerful muscle. Your body will explode with muscle mass. You will take up more and more space, and acquire more and more power. You'll grow and grow and grow and grow. After a while you'll be so huge that your body will seem to absorb mass just by you wanting it. You'll lift superheavy weights and eat vast masses of bodybuilding food without even giving it a second thought, or even a first thought. You will turn into an automatic muscle gaining machine, endlessly building vaster and vaster muscles!
