Nice physique! Keep it up |

Fast forward to the present It's been a while since I stopped around here and a lot of things have happened in my life. Nonetheless, my dream keeps alive. I dieted down from 217lb last summer to 170lb. This is the first time I did such a thing. It was a lot of hard work, and I feel so proud of it. http://www.flickr.com/photos/59953888@N04/6837890583 http://www.flickr.com/photos/59953888@N04/6837906825 The first I thought that I had was that I was going to lose all the hard earned muscle and well, I was mistaken. Many people is afraid of dieting because they won't look big. I can tell you that at 170lb I look the biggest and after the contest, as I started to eat normally and put the weight back, I noticed that I was gaining QUALITY weight. This is: muscle!! A way to think about it is like cleaning the house. You keep neglecting it and avoiding it, but it is not only until you take all the garbage out that you notice how much space you had and how clean the house looks now. Same with my body. Now I am putting quality weight. I am huge at 185lb now and I can't wait to get bigger. But I do want the abs, the cuts and the striations instead of looking like a balloon. This is me now: a light-middle weight champion. Hungry for more! TIME TO BECOME A FREAK: http://flic.kr/p/bqfdua Last edited by seo.tenma; February 7th, 2012 at 02:56 PM. |

I completely agree, the cutting is mostly mental I have heard and diet focused and even though you are physically at your weakest like you said you still look great and the gains you make back will be even better than at any other time Because you're a muscle machine at that bodyfat level. Congrats man and keep up the hard work |
