Oh god, I need them. lol. I thought my L shirts, all 2 of them that I own, would be fine, but now those are getting a little snug around the shoulders. lol. I've been buying new stuff as I go, when necessary, since I haven't had the money lately to just shop for an entire new wardrobe (or really, just a few more shirts and pants. lol. At the request of a friend, I'll share something that happened to me while I was vacationing in Detroit last week.

I ran into an old family friend who's about a year older than me. It's been quite a while since we've seen each other. When he saw me his jaw just about hit the floor. lol. The first thing he says is "Damn man, whatever you're eating, give me a few portions!" lol. He has a nice runners build, very lean, but has been trying to bulk up a little for a while, but has a hard time gaining. He said he has to get me to the gym he works out at so he can see me "in action" lol. Said something about wanting to see the kind of weight I can throw around the gym.

He's actually a member of the very first Powerhouse Gym in Highland Park, MI, right outside of Detroit. I said I'd be happy to see it next time I'm in town. Everyone else just kept commenting on how big I am and all that. I was lifting something in my grandpa's apartment and he said that it looked like my traps were about to rip through my shirt. lol I shy away from stuff like that though, quick to change the subject. But it's nice to hear whatever gains I've made is apparent. lol.

Currently standing around 215. I've noticed a certain leaning, but I haven't lost a lot of weight, so I'm excited that whatever little modification I made to my diet and routine is working, because that was what I wanted to do.

I am learning more and more food and diet as I have ever been in my life. It's fun and encouraging to see the results. And how my clothes fit now ... lol ... Well, I had to invest a lot of shirts size L to avoid appearing if they show all the time.

Thought I'd give a little update.
I don't have a measuring tape anymore, so I don't know what the measurements are, and I haven't weighed myself in a while. But I'm stronger, and things are fitting tighter, so I'm assuming what I'm doing is making a difference. Patience and diligence is the key, I guess. That, and eating a lot.

Here are some pictures of me. For the last two I decided to put the dress shirt from before back on. It was damn near impossible to get into, haha.

Okay, update time I guess.

Been bulking a bit as of lately, so I've lost some definition, but I'm fine with that at this point, considering it's fall/winter.

Beyond my height, which is still 6'3, I have no clue of my other stats: weight, measurements, it's all a mystery really. I gauge how I've grown by what doesn't fit anymore. lol.
