My Transformation....so far... Alright, a while ago I posted this thread to show what I look like in the same shirt as I did before I started working out 1 1/2 years ago. Well, I just today hit 210 lbs, which has been my goal since starting, and I'm really excited. It's been weird seeing people who haven't seen me since I started tell me how massive i've gotten since. Part of me is embarrassed, but the other part of me just wants to keep going and get bigger so next time they see me, their eyes pop out of their sockets. Well I thought I would commemorate the momentous occasion (for me at least) with a few pictures of my progress thus far. Stats when I started: Height: 6'3 Weight: 170 Before 1 Before 2 Before 3 Before 4 Stats Now: Height: 6'3 Weight: 210 After 1 After 2 After 3 After 4 After 5 The hardest thing I've found so far is finding a diet that allows me to keep bulking, but staying lean enough to still find definition in my stomach, which currently has more fat than I'd like at the moment. And the other issue has been legs, which I hate to do, but I do out of necessity. All my height is in my legs, so they're long and gangly and unruly and hard to workout. But I'll keep going, and hopefully next time I can post a picture of my progress in that department. Anyway, that's it for now. If you guys have any feedback, I'd be more than happy to hear it. |

Wow, you have really gotten big! The difference in your chest, arms and delts is tremendous. Awesome job! Keep it up. |
| |||
Hot! Amazing work you've done. |
| |||
you look great bro!!! keep it up!!! |
| |||
Great work! I look forward to seeing you at 270! :-) xoxo Richard |

Praise, praise, praise, and more praise, absolutely beautiful! __________________ Wow, I've never seen an arm that big! Can I touch it? yahoo: storyen |

oh...can you be my boyfriend? lol...good job |

Kudos Great progress! You have obviously put the hard work and diet in to get those awesome results! It's also neat that you were able to essentially duplicate your poses between the starting and update pictures so the comparisons are easier. When I saw that side chest shot of you in "after" showing the size in your delts, bis and tris and pecs, I thought, "Whoa, somebody's really showing progress!" Good job! Keep it up! Mdlftr |

Thanks so much guys for the encouraging words and compliments! |

Awesome transformation! Only 1 1/2 years? Damn, you'll be 250 before you know it! Keep up the great work! |

I think your transformation has been the best I have ever seen on this Board. Trust me, I normally do not comment on these posts, but you look INCREDIBLE. I like how you are both modest about your gains, blushing following compliments, but then have this conflicting desire to blow their minds by packing on more size! I am sure this whole thing must be a huge rush for you, and well deserved. You might want to try to get leaner to show off your abs if you want to look cut. I can tell you have some serious abs there. Then maybe you can pack on some more mass. Legs are ALWAYS a pain, claves especially. Just keep at it. Your chest and arms are phenomenal and very well proportioned! Take care and thank you for sharing! You look super hot! |

And I know the feelings are almost inherently contradictory. It's the weirdest thing; I love that people notice the difference, because it's instant gratification of my work, but hate that they comment on it to me because I've always shied away from attention. I guess it would be easier if I had always been a big guy so it wouldn't be as big a deal as it is for the people that know me. Nevertheless, I have no intentions of stopping here. Just plan on seeing how big I can get naturally with a nice, healthy body fat percentage. Again, thank you guys for the compliments. Every bit of this inspires me to keep growing. |

Congrats on the improvement, man, you really do look great. I'm headed to the gym as soon as I post this message and this gives me the motivational boost I need. As a guy on the taller side myself - six-two - I completely understand where you're coming from! It does, in some ways, make workouts harder. My bench press is hard because my arms are longer than most (still proportionate, thankfully) and I have to push farther to get the bar up! But on the positive side, height makes us look all the more impressive when we finally DO reach our goals. I'm a tall, lean guy, so I've never been interested in "bulking," just putting on more lean muscle mass. I've stopped weighing myself for a while because I would see improvement in my development, but would weigh the same! It was oddly disheartening, so I've stopped hopping on the scale. If I like the way I look, I don't need a number to confirm that. That being said, what have you been eating/supplementing with to pack on so much in such a relatively quick time? I, too, have been working out seriously for about a year and a half, but I'm nowhere near 210. I'd love to hear some of your tricks. I'm always looking for new ideas. Seriously, congratulations. I, too, love getting compliments from people I haven't seen in months. It's so rewarding, isn't it? |

As for supplements, nothing too drastic or radically different. Whey Protein, Creatine, A Pre-Workout Powder for energy, A Post-Workout Amino supplement for recovery, And a Multivitamin. Also, lifting heavy has made a huge difference. I don't go above 8 reps on some sets, going up in weight each time by increments of 5 lbs. I may only squeak out 3 or 4 reps that final time, but I go till fail. I see greater gains doing this than I ever did with getting a full 10 reps with lighter weights. Hope this helps, and best of luck! |
| |||
Beautiful, I'm right there with you. It's taken me a year to figure out that lifting heavy works so well (pity I didn't discover it sooner!). I used to do 10-12 reps per set, now I go a LOT heavier and squeak out 6-8. I've also become addicted to burn sets. Gave up on creatine a few months ago as Whey Protein is working so well, and I take a multivitamin and fish oil. When it comes to dieting, I have a metabolism faster than lightning and pretty much never put on any fat, ever...it makes it hard to stay on course with the foods I eat. I'm getting better though, and still experimenting with what works best. Best of luck to you as well! |

Terrific growth and awesome pecs! Keep working towards your goals! Peace! |

Amazing transformation Stealthwolf2. Keep up the awesome work! |

Alright, so I got some requests to make more pictures, and I was also eager myself to see how I come across on camera shirtless. There is a difference between what you see in the mirror and what you see on camera, and I haven't seen myself completely shirtless on camera yet since I started. I'm proud of the progress so far, but it's all still a work in progress. Anyway, here are some: Picture 1 Picture 2 Picture 3 Picture 4 Picture 5 Picture 6 Picture 7 Once again, all criticisms and critiques would be greatly appreciated. Thank you These latest pics are excellent, too, stealthwolf. I love pic #2 as you look like you're hulking out. In pic #5, the thickness of your upper back and arms is so apparent. Congrats on your growth so far and I wish you much continued success! |
| |||
I agree that Picture #2 is the best! GREAT most muscular! Keep up the good work! You're really muscling up! Mdlftr |

Nice back shot, you 'cheeky' devil. |
| |||
The legs are not nearly the disaster you led us to believe. They are ok but should come up nicely to match the rest of your physique. Your back and glutes are well, sooooooo fine! Thanks for sharing. |
| |||
Impressive definition now in those pecs. |
| |||
The weight may be the same but the pecs and arms both look bigger Thanks for the update! |
| |||
| |||
The outstanding results continue....in new pic #3, the sleeve looks like it's ready to BLAST! How have your stats and weight changed during this time? You still look incredibly lean. Congrats! |
| |||
AMAZING!! growth man..must of been hot to see yourself grow bigger!! |
| |||
Thanks guys. I got on the scale today for the first time in months and I'm currently 220-225 at 6'3. The hardest part I've found so far is the balance between the sheer amount of food I eat vs. exactly how beneficial everything I'm eating is for my body, making sure that I eat a lot of things that will help build muscle, not fat. Doing this natural, I'm learning more and more about nutrition and diet than I ever have before in my life. It's fun, and encouraging to see results. And the way my clothes fit on me now...lol...well, I've had to invest in a lot more size L shirts to avoid appearing as if I'm showing off all the time. |
| |||
That's amazing stuff. Must be quite a struggle to even get into that shirt at this stage. |

I was before live on America but i was some created problem in america so i was transfer of netherland's country and there as i will start my business and continue start my all work in netherland's. __________________ 8gb sd card |

Dayum, you make that shirt look great! Seriously, the before and after, especially #2, is just rockin'! How much muscle have you gained? __________________ msldan I like musclemen. I REALLY like musclemen. |

Holy Hell Man! Great Job! |

And I can't be too sure how much muscle I've gained. I've never measured bf%, so I can't say for sure the amount of muscle I've put on. But at 6'3 I was 170 lbs two years ago, now I'm 220 lbs. I've never thought much about weight though. I'm just concerned about making sure everything looks proportioned and making sure I'm getting stronger with each coming week/month. As long as I'm accomplishing that, I'm satisfied. Legs are coming along at a slower rate, but I'm still putting in the work. Leg 1 Leg 2 Leg 3 Leg 4 |

Holy cow! 50 pounds gain in two years? It's clear from the pictures that it's all muscle. That is some serious training, you're doing. You have my deepest respect. __________________ msldan I like musclemen. I REALLY like musclemen. |
