Greg Plitt Strongman Workout

I'm not sure what the purpose of this video is (aside from making money, of course.) Greg Plitt isn't the kind of guy when I think of a strongman. That said, he does the workout well. Furthermore, I think he's getting bigger. But keeping that lean, hyper-healthy body too. The man is supernaturally beautiful and I think he's getting MORE beautiful with age.

Maybe he's a vampire?

This video is terrific. It tells us that guys with great physiques might actually be capable of doing something other than working out in the gym and flexing for the camera. If need be, many are strong enough and capable of actual work. Not that they would actually.

and him stopping the SUV at 1:02 was cool

yeah, the SUV stop was a nice touch. It was fun seeing a guy you usually think of as more of a 'fitness' model doing strength moves. Would be fun to see him beat the big dudes who do the strongman contests.

empty beer kegs arent that heavy same for tires with out air and rims. its more for show than anything else. not trying to hate but seen him in person and he is a total ass to deal with.

who says the kegs were empty? you can fill those with water, sand , gravel for great workout.
as for the tirem his looked pretty small, but larger ones are plenty heavy 600lbs and much more.

without a doubt, Greg looks great but he's built for show, which is fine too, but the strongman guys specialize in moving, lifting really heavy shit.

if it was beauty contest or bbing Gree would kill, but strength contest he wouldn't stand a chance.
