My Journey Hello, i am a long time lurker and first time poster. I am currently 6'1 260 pounds and plan to start lifting at 225 again. My doctor tells me my spine will straighten out as i lose more weight and become taller. I was at 370 so please don't think these final pounds will take forever. i lost the first 100 this last spring semester of college and am only getting into it more. my dream has always been to get huge (i achieved this already and now im regretting it) but i want and will do what ever it takes to make myself a muscle monster and i just thought i would post this to take you all along for the ride. and im 19 currently. Musclematt, Welcome! As you have seen, the members of this forum are pretty outgoing and very supportive, especially when it comes to building muscle! Congratulations on your progress thus far, and don't be afraid to ask for help, make a comment, or check in with the various strings on workouts, progress, pix, etc. Remember, "the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step!" Sorry it's been awhile. Down to 240 and starting lifting again. Once school start I'll be on a much more predictable schedule. |

progress is slow but its progress non the less still around 240 starting to lift again and gain some much needed muscle mass |
