big muscle gains? can you gain 20-30lbs in 12 weeks cycle? i read some great articles from one blog that is owned by ifbb pro Milos sarcev, www.forbodybuilders.net what do you think,can you gain 30lbs muscles in 12 weeks? |

that's a crap site...the one article I read, the author gets confused between HGH and HCG so I wouldn't believe anything in it __________________ size IS everything |

Just my 2 cents... Clearly English is NOT the author's first language. Better articles can be found on official ones like musculardevelopment and men's health websites. Anyway, can the moderator move this thread to General Discussion? Thanks. |

Good point BigMuscle12 Just be polite, educate him/her on the proper place to post such information, and be done with it. I'm not sure how negativity helps, but I do know it might scare off a person who potentially needs advice that could affect their health ... or scare off someone who may have knowledge that could help us all. |

A few things when you read articles by the pros and think your going to get the same results keep a few things in mind. most pros have a coach or a nutritionlist to help them. Next they have been lifting serious over a long period of time. they have the genetics to develope that size. Also it does depend on what your using for how long and how strict you nutrition/ training is. A cycle can add 30 lbs but realize some of it will be water depending on what your taking. if you need more information let me know. |

It's quite possible to gain that amount, I have. Keep in mind gaining weight from a steroid cycle is one thing, but keeping it is another. Training, diet, proper PCT.. it's all important to gaining mass and keeping it. Diet is the most important, and most people don't know this. __________________ If you're not Bodybuilding what are you doing? |

just telling peopel to eat a large quanity of calories and eggs is not a good suggestion. Your micro-nutreients is what governs your growing. proteins, carbs and fats have to be correct if your planning on adding asny size with out a ton of fat along the way. Too many guys get caught up in the numbers game and try to gain weight thinking it's muscle. if your above 12-15% bodyfat off season your not in shape. Cutting to show the muscle will be that much harder. it doesnt matter if your on a cycle or not adding fat and thinking your getting big is not a good way to bodybuild. I know some guys like fat guys but hell this site is about muscle. Nuff said. |

It is possible to do this, but the problem is that it is not the drugs alone that cause the gains. The training has to be super heavy weight, the calories have to be there with maybe a bit extra to spare, the drugs must be tailored to the individual's responses and the dosages must also be perfect. Also remember that some individuals will be helped more by juice than others. Twelve weeks is three months. I have seen a few people with incredible genetics do this in a six month period with no drugs. In all reality I would say that this would be possible for a small percentage of men, but it would not be possible for everyone. Also, I would not set one's heart based on what is said on a few internet websites. If the site or site management has any way to have commercial gain by your traffic the honesty at times goes out and traffic is boosted by controversial subjects. |
