hey guys..

i wonder if sex or masturbation effects our out working ?

because i usually feel tired an asleep when i'm done of laying my GF ..

so i decide to sleep immediately even if its gym's time .. !

Generally speaking, orgasm leads to a state of relaxation - not necessarily sleep, but relaxation and contentment.

This is very counterproductive if you intend to work out soon after.

On the other hand, there may be something to be said for sex or masturbation after working out. At that point in time, relaxation will help the recovery process, and the small boost in testosterone that is likely to occur may very slightly increase the amount of muscle added during the recovery.

So I'd recommend holding off from having sex with your girlfriend until after you've been to the gym... and hey, it should also serve as a good bit of cardio, if you don't tend to do much cardio at the gym. Plus, if your girlfriend likes muscles, then your muscles being pumped from the workout should be more of a turn-on for her.

Masturbation and Working Out

The previous reply is certainly correct about how orgasm ~ let's be clear here, we're talking male orgasm (female orgasms affect us differently, and a male CAN actually experience a female orgasm, which is quite amazing... but that's another topic altogether) ~ produces euphoria, contentment and often a desire for rest and sleep. It's affects are similar to how the body often responds after completely highly intense exercise.

Male orgasms are also known to increase testosterone production in the body. So if you want to boost your test... you know what to do boys!
