If you want to put on size

If you want to put on size one exercise should take a primary role in your workouts---SQUATS. No other exercise gets your metabolism in growth mode than heavy squats.

But of course GOOD form is a must at all times. Any compromise will increase injury risks. Squats and deadlifts are definitely strength & mass builders.
