New Builder on the Block Hey guys, I'm just getting into lifting and such (joined a Lifetime Fitness) and am hoping for motivation and to post up my progress. I'm 22, 5'11" and ~148lbs atm. I'm hoping to get up over 200 in muscle over this next year or so. gonna hit up the gym 2-3 times a week from now on, and will post up stats as I go along my journey. |

[QUOTE=dra_jean;166926 weight: 155 lbs height: 5'11"[/QUOTE] So that's seven pounds in about a fortnight. Of course over a year that would extrapolate to 330lbs! __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |

sounds like you're approaching this the right way, i.e. getting advice and guidance from experts. you sound motivated and committed enough to make this work, so best of luck to you. can't wait to start hearing about your progress. __________________ Grow big. Grow strong. Grow hard. |

heh, yeah, it's been a while since I had actually known what my weight was, so it was probably less than that, but it's an interesting extrapolation there. be interesting to see someone weighing 330 in muscle ;3 |

Big Surprise well, I apparently need 3500 calories and 250 g protein/day and need to up my fruit and vegie intake... the amount of protein is a bit much, for starting out, me thinks, perhaps I need to work up to that though |
