Mass building Hi guys, I recently lost two stone in weight to become 12 stone with a 32" waist again after growing fat! I'm not the best body type to build mass (if I remember correctly I was an endo/meso-morph). I've started to do some exercises to build mass (as per a previous PTs instructions); bench, deadlift and squats. I was wondering what other exercises I needed (basic ones) to build mass. i.e. a basic workout programme. My back and chest seem to be lagging! Cheers in advance, |

Along with the core three exercises add rowing for back but heavy deadlifts will do wonders. For chest add dips super slow with perfect form. Generally diet has more to do with mass building than anything else. Higher protein, higher fat will generally keep you fairly lean, some carbs are necessary to bulk up. Eat clean healthy food, lots of it, and stay away from sugary drinks. |
