Getting Started Hello peoples, well I'll keep this brief. I recently just started going to the gym in my area (YMCA), and have been focusing on the machines. But the thing about it is that I really don't have much of an idea on what I should be doing in order to build up my body. I could use some help, or at least a starting point. __________________ If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything. |
