Red face Help for bodybuilding motivation

Hey,

Im a lean guy who wants to be massive.

Although its a bit hard for me to motivate myself sometimes.

I was wondering if anyone would like to send me or text me messages to help me grow.

Whether its a simple text like

:: you can do it! Work hard and eat!::

Or something a little more out there like

:: grow and pump that chest till it hits your chin,
Work out till your muscles are so bloated with muscle that you have some trouble moving:::

This REALLY would help me. Id appreciate it so much.

Kc

Sure thing, but would like to know more...

Tell us about what you are already doing. What efforts are you already taking to get big?

Are you working out? Eating right?

:: You can do it! You can do it::
:: GO TO THE GYM, NOW!::

Self-Motivation is just like bodybuilding itself. You are building the muscle of motivation, the muscle of discipline. The more you do it, the more you have.

Cheers

Selfmotivation is necessary...

Buuut a little encouragement from a friend can go a loooong way.

Haha.

Recently i am taking a weight gainer and working at the gym 4-5 times a week. But on top of that i also do slacklining, acrobatics and circus arts.

I know i can do it, its mainly the food and time that i am low on to eat as much as i need.

With acrobatics and circus arts, you must be really lean. May not have mass, but you've got muscle definition. You should post pics. People will really invest in your growth if they can see your muscle fill out and blow up huge.
I'm all for encouraging you dude, I know you can do it! And even if you don't post pics till you got the body you want, it'd still be awesome to see a before and after.
So keep hitting the weights, and get huge!

Based on what you say you want to do with your body, rather than large bulky muscles you want to be built more along the lines of a gymnast... A very nice look in my opinion. Gymnasts are compact, very strong and very flexible... when you want to support your full body weight with your upper body and still be able to throw youself across the room repeatedly, you can't afford to be big and bulky. Pound for pound and inch for inch gymnasts are a lot stronger than any bodybuilder. (In much the same way Chimpanzees are 3-7 times stronger than a human)

To ender

I totally agree,

Gymnasts are not nearly respected for their work as they should be. And as much as i love bodybuilders.... They only flex... Where as gymnasts can literally fly.

But for me.... I guess im looking for mass haha

Yeah, it's a question of mass or flexibility. Short bursts of strength, or stamina.

Motivation is a primary factor to carry out and fulfill bodybuilding tasks. Paste some motivational quotes in your workout room. It could add more enthusiasm to you.

What motivates me is obnoxiously loud music (screamo, metal), envisioning myself lifting crazy weight, feeling the aggression rise w/in me (on my drive to the gym), imagining my ideal physique (huge shoulders/traps, bulging arms, lats about to shred my shirt, chest straining the front, legs about to explode out of my shorts). I keep this image in my mind as I begin my warm up. I always put a power move at the beginning of the workout and try to lift more weight than I did last workout. This gets the testosterone flowing, gets the muscles pumped. Flex the pumped muscle and imagine it expanding.

The idea of my getting bigger is what motivates me the most. I see a bigger guy in the gym and want to be bigger.
