^where did you get that? I think not all can become a vegetarian just like that. We all need meat for muscle-building. I appreciate those people though who have jumped ships and swore to not eat meat, but whatever rocks your boat right. And as far as I know vegetarians are not allowed to take on "hard tasks" as they are weak.

100g of Brazil nuts cost at least $4 USD where I live, I have allergy to soy, mushrooms are costly especially the organic ones. Legumes & avocado are rare in markets. So yeah, it's harder to turn veggie diet than paleo diet for me.

Replace red meat

Try some fatty fish such as salmon or tuna good for health. Replacing red meat with it will always lead you to a better life and better muscle.
