Bulking on a budget Ok, so here's the thing... I have this part time job - love it and all - but I really want to go on a quality bulk and trying to get to at least 210 pounds (190 now). Being that I only have a part time job, I don't have the income to really bulk the way I should (eating loads of food and all). Does anyone know of good ways to go on a major bulk while on a budget? P.S. I promise to post pics if it goes well... |

The only thing I can think of is three words: omelets for breakfast. A carton of eggs is relatively cheap and an omelet is relatively easy to make. I like to add bits of American cheese to it, along with salt and pepper. You can also add deli meat (ham is good) for some extra protein. __________________ Rule 34: If it exists, there's porn of it. If not, it will be made. Exception: You can't invoke rule 34 on itself. |

Animal is running a series on YouTube "Big on a Budget", here that may have some pointers. They've done Evan Centopani and Frank McGrath so far, and they each have very different ideas on how to spend $50 for a week's worth of food. |

I have watched these and I'm so happy I was doing a lot of these things for bulking it works guys a lot you have to go in there smart and focused and not afraid to eat the same thing often. |

Yeah, variety isn't the spice of life with diet and bodybuilding. I always seem to get the best results when I'm in a routine with the same set of good foods. Once you get a handle on seasoning (eg, salsa, hot sauce, mustard, spices and so on) there's actually a lot you can do with a limited number of ingredients. |

Thanks guys! I'll definitely check all that stuff out. Can't wait to get HUGE! |
