He was the prep coach for a friend of mine when said friend competed for the first time in 2012. I think he did an excellent job despite the fact that my friend is stubborn and melodramatic. Rob even deferred payment until my friend found a job, said getting things done was more important than the money. |

Impressive to look at, but I'm not very impressed with his understanding of human anatomy and physics. |

I was wondering same thing. How is doing a curl overhead like that any more beneficial? |
| |||
Sounds like an awesome guy. I don't know if it's more beneficial, maybe for him it's just a different angle for him. And from his size it has to be working LOL. So yeah that's it. |

The origins of the biceps heads are on anterior (front) portions of the scapula. Theoretically, if the tendons of the heads don't need to stretch over the shoulder joint (as in, lifting your arms upwards), it makes some sense that you can achieve a more efficient, streamlined curl of the biceps when the arm is in a raised position. |
| |||
Gonna try that this afternoon. |
| |||
Gone through two workouts doing that and biceps have been really sore- it's a good finishing move for a bicep workout. And if I can get arms like Graham, I'll keep at it. bulkybud. |
