| Hey everyone - new member here Hey guys - been on the outside of this website looking in for a few years now; finally joined. I have some stories I plan to post in the coming days. Been a gym rat for almost 30 years. I had to lay off since last November due to a shoulder injury. Had rotator cuff surgery (torn supraspinatus, infraspinatus) in March 2008 and this week am back at the gym for the first time in over 8 months. Slow and steady. If anyone has training tips for this situation, I'm all ears.     |
