Big Hello!

Hey all,
I just wanted to drop a quick note to say hi to everyone. I've been lurking for awhile now. The site is great. This community seems very supportive . I might even put some pics up in the growing section - well if I get over my camara fears.

I've been working out for a few years. I'm just turning 51 so its time to size up. I like a challenge. Current stats are 6' - 48c, 35w, 25q, 17.5a, umm well the bodyfat .. thats another story - I'm guessing 20% or more. Goals gain muscle while dropping some fat.

It is true.......age is just a number. It is all about how you feel.

I'm about to turn 50, and I feel better about myself than I did when I was in my 20's.

Amazing size. I sure wish there were guys at my gym your size. I'd be motivated - endlessly.
I have my goals - hopefully my body will listen. I agree with your age comment. Sometimes I feel like i'm 60 - whats up with that?
