This video of Jay receiving a massage also shows how huge and developed he really is. Some might find it gross, but the masseur must use a special tool to dig up, under and in between his huge muscles. Something that would not even be possible on us average mortals.

Yep Jay is big, but his massive gut is gross. When they figure how to keep their waist line in check but still add that amount of muscle....it brings back to me the best and exaggerates the muscle.

Let's remember that he is a human being. How healthy physically and mentally can it be to devote so much of your life to being cartoonishly huge and muscular? How soon before his obituary is the newest Internet update on Jay Cutler?

Jay is not super tall (I know, I met him at a Vegas Gold's gym about 18 months ago)...5' 9"...and has a wider frame than some BBers. This means the mass has to distribute differently and so in some ways he appears even bigger than other BBers who have more height to distribute the same mass over.

My rule is: "The bigger LOOKING the better." Which sometimes means carrying less weight. In Jay's case, he actually looked much bigger when he was about twenty pounds lighter. His waist was much smaller, so everything else looked huge. Like most pros, he has gotten caught-up in the "bigger is better" game, and become less proportionate in the process.

I wonder how many people realize that Arnold competed at around 240. The reason his chest and shoulders looked so freaky big was because he kept his waist small.

I was so excited when Dennis Wolf appeared on the scene, because he was the only pro in years to have a small waist. Now, he is losing it, in the vain attempt to out-mass the monsters. What a shame.
