Other times I've initially been interested in a guy I meet, but for whatever reason we end up settling into a friendship instead; it happens. This was different... I *never* stopped wanting him, every bit as strongly as when we first met. The other was someone I'd just met, a one-night-stand where I still couldn't help myself imagining it was more, that our meeting felt like some deeper connection, something starting... Hell, maybe I wasn't imagining it, maybe there really was some sort of connection between us. Regardless, like an idiot I was still crushed to find out that for him, our one-night-stand was nothing but. He was gone, had no further interest, and I was alone. I felt alone... have, and have been, ever since. And this guy's, like... exactly what you'd imagine if those two guys could have a love child together, or something. *UGH* |
