| Richard, you left out an obvious choice: You expect us to wait five days for you to get an answer to a poll? What are you, nuts?  That's my vote. You write the story the way you think it should go -- which you've made clear all along -- and don't wait for a poll. Let's face it: you'd need to bring in two new characters, one each for Will and Chris, to have the possibilities for a different happy ending. |

Why can't this be a story about continuous improvement and inspiration from one brother to another? Why can't this be a story about motivation and achievement? | I think you should do what you want and fuck with the people's opinions. If they don't like it, nobody force them to read. A warning at the beginning should be enough in case you want to. What about.... they end worshipping eachother's muscles and jerking off together, getting off on their huge size. | OK, I'm ready to write. There will be two versions: Two Brothers: No They Don't Two Brothers: Yes They Do The vote was lopsidedly in favor of "yes they do" (58) and "write it both ways" (8) but enough people find the incest angle distasteful (9) that ultimately "write it both ways" wins. (The last chapter has been viewed more than 1300 times so I'm guessing each vote really represents about 10 readers.) On with the show! xoxo Richard |
