hit the wall i started my lifting routine again in march, and had to stop for a month over the summer and started again 2 months ago and i think ive hit a wall when i started up in march a added mass quickly and now its slowed a lot |

Well, you're not going to grow as fast as you did at the beginning. You should track your weight, measurements, and lifts. You probably are making progress, just not as great as you once were. |
