Gonna grow

At first I thought I would wait until I had some progress first before starting. But then, I don't know how to start properly. Been asking a friend to help give me advice. it may not be noticable, but to me, I do feel different, and can feel the difference, no matter how small. Oh what the heck.

Please give advice and feedback. This is a promise to myself to achieve a body I always wanted.

Most guys here may not have been able to see your album because of the broken link, but from what I can see, there is a difference even with the way you carry yourself since 2008. Good luck with 2010.

As for advice, at this point, showing up at the gym regularly until it becomes a normal part of your schedule is a good first step. It's also the time to look at what and how you've been eating and adjust your nutrition according to your goal.

Tired

Slightly disappointed that I did progress as much as I would have liked. Been down and up and down. Fighting to keep my head up and keep whatever I have is tiring enough. Still, feel like there is a bit of improvement. Wish me luck!
