| Becoming a Big Dog Looking for sponsors and supporters to help me realize my goal of becoming a Big Dog! Last year in March, 2009, I had back surgery and weighed 180#. After the recovery, I decided to finally fulfill a life long dream of becoming as massively huge as I could get! I have always worked out but was never serious with my diet or with trying to pack on a lot of size. I changed my meal plans and my exercise program with help from my partner who is an exercise physiologist. A little over a year later and I am currently at 228# and growing... Hit me up if you want to know more. Looking for assistance and support to help me become a monster. No limits on my size...I want to be a freak! New to this site and really enjoying it... | Post back surgery progress Muscle Dog- Great progress, man! I had back surgery myself, about ten years ago. I decided to really hit the gym and made a lot of progress myself. IT's amazing what you can do in recovery with a positive mental attitude! You go, guy! Good for you! Looking great! Mdlftr |

| Good Dog! Very impressive, Big Dog. I remember you from a few years ago. I think you wrote something like "I'll post more pictures when I get to 215." You certainly left that goal in the dust, and with awesome definition and vascularity to boot. Great job, and keep growing! |

| Thanks guys, I appreciate the compliments. You really motivate me to keep pushing for growth. Had a setback recently with the back and had to stop training for a month. Just started back and feeling great. Thanks again! |
