just a question i know theres mesomorph body types and ectomorphs. so heres my question is it natural for someone to keep a pump all day? and into the next day? i literally just started working out monday morning lol is why im asking. Im 23 6'3 175 with 11% bf im not fat im just tall kinda athletic build. |

A good pump could last for more than an hour but lasting all day is not typical and probably not even possible. |

It's because you just started working out. What you're feeling isn't pump, it's the rapid gain that comes from just starting to work out. Think of it as kind of being like you were anti-pumped before you started working out, due to lack of stress on the muscles. |

Are you using supplements? I was using creatine. It made the muscles feel fuller and hard to the touch without having to flex very hard. |

What does pump mean? Sorry haha |

I mean if you pull a muscle it will have increased tone. I think you are just noticing it more because of your low bf%. Good luck with your workouts! |
