Creatine Use

Hi, I've used Creatine before but didn't really know what I was doing. I just followed the instructions on the back. Now I'm looking to start using it again... I was looking at the UK GNC website and not sure which is best for me. Does anybody have any suggestions? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Creatine monohydrate. Leave the formulas and the rest of it alone, its just a way to make you pay X10 for a cheap, useful supplement.

Cool. And when's it best to start using knee wraps? I'm squatting around 130kg atm for 3 sets; 12, 10 and 8 reps.

Don't use knee wraps until you feel you need them, 130kg is not very heavy yet once you start going really heavy then its time for knee wraps. There is not a specific weight to use them, but if you don't feel that you need them its because you don't.
